Easy Very cheesey very delicious My mama Used to make it and passed it down nothin fancy just really tasty!!
Ingredients

2 can(s)cream of chicken soup (family sized)
-
2 can(s)rotel drained (original or hot)
-
3 or 4chicken brests
-
1 1/2 bag(s)shredded mexican blend cheese

1 bag(s)tortilla chips
How to Make Mexican Chicken Casserole
- Pre Heat oven to 375 degrees ..Boil chicken till cooked through shred chicken up
- While chicken boils in large mixing bowl mix Cream of chicken rotel & half of cheese or use as much cheese as your family preffers when chicken is finished mix in chicken get out a casserole dish anysize works
- Crush up tortilla chips still in bag(less mess) layer bottom of dish with a small layer of chips add chicken mixture add another layer of cheese a layer of crushed chips then another layer of cheese bake in oven till bubbling or golden brown or slightly melted whichever you preffer let cool 10 min and serve
- You can use sour cream to top!
