Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (family sized)
- 2 cans rotel drained (original or hot)
- 3 or 4 - chicken brests
- 1 1/2 bags shredded mexican blend cheese
- 1 bag tortilla chips
How To Make mexican chicken casserole

Step 1Pre Heat oven to 375 degrees ..Boil chicken till cooked through shred chicken up

Step 2While chicken boils in large mixing bowl mix Cream of chicken rotel & half of cheese or use as much cheese as your family preffers when chicken is finished mix in chicken get out a casserole dish anysize works

Step 3Crush up tortilla chips still in bag(less mess) layer bottom of dish with a small layer of chips add chicken mixture add another layer of cheese a layer of crushed chips then another layer of cheese bake in oven till bubbling or golden brown or slightly melted whichever you preffer let cool 10 min and serve

Step 4You can use sour cream to top!
