- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 cans chili beans
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 - medium onion-diced
- 1 - medium bell pepper-diced
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar/jack cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzerella
- 1 1/2 cups broken tortilla chips

Step 1In large Dutch oven, brown ground beef with peppers and onions, drain off fat. Add taco seasoning, mix well, add chili beans and heat until just bubbly..stir in rice. Pour mixture into a 9x2x13 baking dish, spread cheeses evenly over top. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted, add tortilla chips..serve with warm garlic toast!
