2 lbground beef
1 mediumonion, chopped
1/2 boxvelveeta, cubed
8 ozmexican blend shredded cheese
1 largecan enchilada sauce
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
How to Make mexican casserole
- brown ground beef with onion. Drain.
- Add enchilada sauce and soups
- spoon a small amount into bottom of casserole dish. Put a layer of chips on top. A layer of beef mixture, then velvetta. Repeat layers til casserole is full. Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake at 425' til cheese is melted and bubbly
