tortilla chips
2 lb
ground beef
1 medium
onion, chopped
1/2 box
velveeta, cubed
8 oz
mexican blend shredded cheese
1 large
can enchilada sauce
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup

How to Make mexican casserole


  • 1brown ground beef with onion. Drain.
  • 2Add enchilada sauce and soups
  • 3spoon a small amount into bottom of casserole dish. Put a layer of chips on top. A layer of beef mixture, then velvetta. Repeat layers til casserole is full. Top with shredded cheese.
  • 4Bake at 425' til cheese is melted and bubbly
