Ingredients
- 1 package tortilla chips
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 box velveeta, cubed
- 8 ounces mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1 large can enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
How To Make mexican casserole

Step 1brown ground beef with onion. Drain.

Step 2Add enchilada sauce and soups

Step 3spoon a small amount into bottom of casserole dish. Put a layer of chips on top. A layer of beef mixture, then velvetta. Repeat layers til casserole is full. Top with shredded cheese.

Step 4Bake at 425' til cheese is melted and bubbly
