2 cshredded cooked chicken (i use rotisserie or lefted over grilled chicken)

1 pkgtaco seasoning

2 pkgor heads romaine lettuce, chopped

1 largetomato, chopped

1/2 cshredded mexican chesse blend

10tortilla chips, coarsley crushed
How to Make Mexicali Chicken Caesar Salad
- Place eggs, lemon juice, chili powder and garlic into a bowl or food processor; process 30 seconds or until combined. with processor running, add oil in slow, steady stream until well combined. Add Parmesan and a pinch of salt and pepper; process until combined. Set aside!
- In medium bowl, combine chicken and taco seasoning.
- place romaine in large bowl. Toss with dressing to coat lightly; divide among 6 salad bowls or plates. top equal amounts of chicken, tomato, cheese and tortilla chips. Serve immediately.
