    sour cream

    15 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • 1
    8oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1
    4 oz. can diced green chilies
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    bell pepper,chopped
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    baking powder

How to Make Mexi-Texi Cornbread


  1. Preheat oven to 350* Mix eggs, sour cream, creamed corn, oil, cheese, green chilies, onion and bell pepper in bowl.
  2. In a seperate bowl, mix cornmeal, baking powder, and 1 teaspoon salt. Quickly add mixture to sour cream mixture and stir well.
  3. Pour into sprayed 9x13 inch baking pan, and bake for 45 minutes.. Enjoy..
