2 1/2 tspbaking powder
How to Make Mexi-Texi Cornbread
- Preheat oven to 350* Mix eggs, sour cream, creamed corn, oil, cheese, green chilies, onion and bell pepper in bowl.
- In a seperate bowl, mix cornmeal, baking powder, and 1 teaspoon salt. Quickly add mixture to sour cream mixture and stir well.
- Pour into sprayed 9x13 inch baking pan, and bake for 45 minutes.. Enjoy..
