Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs,beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 - 15 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 - 8oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 - 4 oz. can diced green chilies
  • 1/4 cup onions,chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper,chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

How To Make mexi-texi cornbread

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350* Mix eggs, sour cream, creamed corn, oil, cheese, green chilies, onion and bell pepper in bowl.
  • Step 2
    In a seperate bowl, mix cornmeal, baking powder, and 1 teaspoon salt. Quickly add mixture to sour cream mixture and stir well.
  • Step 3
    Pour into sprayed 9x13 inch baking pan, and bake for 45 minutes.. Enjoy..
