Ingredients
- 2 - eggs,beaten
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 - 15 oz. can cream-style corn
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 - 8oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 - 4 oz. can diced green chilies
- 1/4 cup onions,chopped
- 1/4 cup bell pepper,chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
How To Make mexi-texi cornbread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350* Mix eggs, sour cream, creamed corn, oil, cheese, green chilies, onion and bell pepper in bowl.

Step 2In a seperate bowl, mix cornmeal, baking powder, and 1 teaspoon salt. Quickly add mixture to sour cream mixture and stir well.

Step 3Pour into sprayed 9x13 inch baking pan, and bake for 45 minutes.. Enjoy..
