How to Make Meaty Jalapeno Poppers
1Cut the end off the jalapenos then cut them in half lengthwise and remove the seeds & membranes. I wore disposable gloves to seed the jalapenos and to stuff them.
2Mix cooked sausage, cream cheese and parmesean cheese together. stuff about 1T of the cream cheese mixture into each jalapeno half.
3Freeze on a cookie sheet before baking or movingto freezer containers
4Bake from a frozen state at 350 for about 15-20 minutes or until done.
5NOTE: These are really awesome wrapped in a 1/2 piece of bacon secured with a toothpick and grilled.
