Mark's Tacos-kl

My hubby likes his tortillas fried for tacos. You can switch up the type of meat and use chicken or pork instead.
Ingredients

6flour tortillas, medium size

1/2 lbground beef
-
2 tspcumin
-
1 tspchili powder
-
1/2 tspseasoning salt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1 can(s)tomato sauce + 1 can water
-
1onion, chopped (divided use)
-
1 ccabbage, shredded
-
1 ccheese, shredded
-
1 can(s)refried beans
-
·salsa
-
·sour cream
How to Make Mark's Tacos-kl
- Brown ground beef and 1/4 cup of onion in skillet on medium heat.
- Drain off the grease.
- Add tomato sauce, water, and seasonings.
- Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is gone, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile shred cabbage and cheese.
- Heat 1/2 inch of oil in a skillet that your tortillas will fit in. Once oil is hot, place tortilla in pan. Let sit for a few second to soften, flip over and fold in half. Cook on that side until golden brown, turn over and cook other side until golden brown. Place on a paper towel to drain.
- Continue with remaining tortillas.
- Heat refried beans on stove in pan.
- When everything is done. Build your Tacos!
- Spread some refried beans on half of the tortilla, top with some meat mixture,cheese, cabbage, onions, sour cream and salsa. One is usualy enough, but I almost always go back for more cuz I can't help it :)
