My hubby likes his tortillas fried for tacos. You can switch up the type of meat and use chicken or pork instead.

Ingredients
- 6 - flour tortillas, medium size
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce + 1 can water
- 1 - onion, chopped (divided use)
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 can refried beans
- - salsa
- - sour cream
How To Make mark's tacos-kl

Step 1Brown ground beef and 1/4 cup of onion in skillet on medium heat.

Step 2Drain off the grease.

Step 3Add tomato sauce, water, and seasonings.

Step 4Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is gone, stirring occasionally.

Step 5Meanwhile shred cabbage and cheese.

Step 6Heat 1/2 inch of oil in a skillet that your tortillas will fit in. Once oil is hot, place tortilla in pan. Let sit for a few second to soften, flip over and fold in half. Cook on that side until golden brown, turn over and cook other side until golden brown. Place on a paper towel to drain.

Step 7Continue with remaining tortillas.

Step 8Heat refried beans on stove in pan.

Step 9When everything is done. Build your Tacos!

Step 10Spread some refried beans on half of the tortilla, top with some meat mixture,cheese, cabbage, onions, sour cream and salsa. One is usualy enough, but I almost always go back for more cuz I can't help it :)
