Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds oxtails
- 1 large onion
- 1 - red pepper
- 1 - yellow pepper
- 2 - habanero peppers
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 package fresh thyme
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 tablespoon browning sauce
- 2 cans butter beans
How To Make jamaican style ox tails

Step 1cut fat off and wash oxtail in vingar and water

Step 2cut up onion peppers scallions in food processor

Step 3mix meat vegtable mixture, garlic, garlic salt and pepper and browning sauce and let marinat for 1hour

Step 4put meat mixture in kettle add water a little over meat. let simmer for 4-6 hours
