If you don't like your casserole hot you can change the tomatoes, and sauces to mild.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 - chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups hot habenero cheese
  • 1 can diced rotell tomatoes . (hot)
  • 1 can 6 oz.green chili's
  • 1 can 15 oz. tomatoe sauce or salsa
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, hot
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • - crushed red pepper to taste

How To Make hot mexican beef and rice casserole

  • Step 1
    Cook rice
  • Step 2
    Brown hamburger and onion.
  • Step 3
    Mix all ingredients except the cheese in a casserole dish.
  • Step 4
    Top with cheese
  • Step 5
    Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
