- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 - chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups hot habenero cheese
- 1 can diced rotell tomatoes . (hot)
- 1 can 6 oz.green chili's
- 1 can 15 oz. tomatoe sauce or salsa
- 1 teaspoon paprika, hot
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 3 cloves garlic
- - crushed red pepper to taste

Step 1Cook rice

Step 2Brown hamburger and onion.

Step 3Mix all ingredients except the cheese in a casserole dish.

Step 5Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
