How to Make Horseradish Cotija Caprese Panini
- Slice 3 slices tomato and 3-5 slices cotija cheese (depends how much cheese you personally like.. this is a salty cheese so think about that before you pile on 7 slices!). Set aside.
- In panini pan, heat up olive oil. First lightly toast both sides of both slices of bread.
- Flip sandwich and toast (un-weighted) for 2 minutes on the other side.
