1Place rinsed pinto beans, diced onion, garlic in crockpot with 5 cups chicken broth.
cook on high for 8-9 hours.
you'll have to add your 4 cups water durring cooking.
drain beans, reserving liquid. Place beans in mixer and add 1 cup reserved liquid.
Add enchilada sauce until reach desired consistency.
Place back in crockpot cover with grates cheese on low or warm setting until time to serve.
