Ingredients
- 1 package taco seasoning mix/ 1 ounce packet
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups thick and chunky style salsa
- 1 pound lean ground beek,cooked amd well drained /80 % lean
- 1 can grands biscuits
- 1 cup monteray jack chedder cheese or mexican cheese blend/shredded {4 ounce}
- 1 cup sour cream/optional
- - chopped fresh cilantro /optional
How To Make grand taco melts

Step 1preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2in a medium saucepan,cook taco seasoning mix,water,1/2 cup of the salsa and cooked and drained ground beef,until thickened.Add fresh cilantro if desired.

Step 3press each biscuit into 6 inch round.

Step 4fill each with taco mixture and 1 tablespoon of the cheese.

Step 5fold dough over filling and press to seal.

Step 6place each on a greased cookie sheet.

Step 7BAKE:9-14 minutes until golden brown.

Step 8Serve with some of the remaining salsa,more cheese, and sour cream if desired.
