Ingredients
- 12 - corn tortillas
- 4 ounces chopped olives
- 28 ounces enchilada sauce
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound cheddar cheese
How To Make grammy's enchiladas

Step 1Brown onion and beef together; drain fat.

Step 2Add olives.

Step 3While cooking meat, pour sauces into large pan and heat well.

Step 4Dip 1 tortilla into sauce, fill with meat and cheese, roll up, and lay folded side down in baking pan.

Step 5Continue with all tortillas.

Step 6Sprinkle top with leftover meat and cheese and sauce.

Step 7Bake covered in 350 oven for 30-40 minutes.

Step 8Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
