i grew up eating this quite often as a child, now i serve it to my children and they are always asking me to make it.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can(s)
    ro-tel
  • 1 lb
    velveeta cheese cut into 1
  • 1 medium
    tomato, chopped
  • 1/4
    head lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2
    bag frito's

How to Make FRITO SALAD

Step-by-Step

  1. brown ground beef in large pot, drain fat
  2. heat ro-tel in medium saucepan
  3. add velveeta cheese, stir until melted ans smooth
  4. chop lettuce, and tomato
  5. mix together beef, frito's, cheese sauce, lettuce, tomatoes. serve
