So I know the word fried scares people...but it really is just a little oil and I promise you will never make tacos any other way! :)

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 small diced onion or 1/2 a medium
- 1 package cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 package medium flour tortillas
- - salt and pepper
- - vegetable oil
How To Make fried tacos

Step 1Brown hamburger and onion with a little salt and pepper and add taco mix as directed. Set aside on low.

Step 2Preheat a few tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan and begin to stuff your tortilla with ground beef and cheese and place in frying pan. Cook on both sides until golden brown and cheese is melted! (For Spicy Tacos,add in cut up fresh jalapeno's!!!)

Step 3Add all the taco fixin's you like and serve up with a side of my spanish rice!
