I love finger foods and this is one of my favorite. You can do this without meat and add a mashed avocado to it! This is a fast, easy and very tasty way to feed people, especially during football season. You may have to make more so be sure to have your supplies ready! And if you really want to wow your friends, make the chips yourself. Stack some corn tortillas and cut into 8 pie shaped wedges and fry in hot oil. They are wonderful when they are fresh but be careful and don't burn yourself!
