Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup ( 10 3/4 oz.)
- 1 can enchilada sauce (10 oz.)
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1 dozen - corn tortillas
- 2 1/2 cups grated cheese (cheddar & jack are best)
- 1/2 cup ripe olives, chopped
- - cooking oil for frying tortillas
How To Make enchilada suprise

Step 1Brown meat and onions, drain.

Step 2Stir in soup, enchilada sauce, milk, chopped peppers.

Step 3Reduce heat and simmer.

Step 4Heat each tortilla in oil, drain.

Step 5Wrap cheese and olives in tortilla. Place on top of meat mixture, cover and heat until cheese melts
