I got this recipe from my mom its super yummy and so easy to make !.. Enjoy !

cream of mushroom soup
2 can(s)
cream of chicken soup

cook chopped chicken
1 small
jar of salsa ( u can use any kind its a matter of how hot u like it ) i always use mild
2 c
grated cheddar cheese
dozen corn tortillas torn into pieces

How to Make Enchilada Casserole


  • 1combine the soups, milk , chicken, and salsa over med heat until warmed through
  • 2grease a 13x9 in pan . layer 1/3 of the soup mixture then 1/3 of the tortillas and 1/3 of the cheese and repeat .
  • 3bake at 450 degrees for an hour until hot and bubbly ... enjoy !
