Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups cook chopped chicken
- 1 small jar of salsa ( u can use any kind its a matter of how hot u like it ) i always use mild
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 2 - dozen corn tortillas torn into pieces
How To Make enchilada casserole

Step 1combine the soups, milk , chicken, and salsa over med heat until warmed through

Step 2grease a 13x9 in pan . layer 1/3 of the soup mixture then 1/3 of the tortillas and 1/3 of the cheese and repeat .

Step 3bake at 450 degrees for an hour until hot and bubbly ... enjoy !
