Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- - salt to taste
- 1 - onion, yellow, medium chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1/2 pound mild cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 package corn tortillas
How To Make enchilada casserole

Step 1Saute onion in 1 tablespoon oil, then brown meat in skillet.

Step 2Mix: cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and enchilada sauce

Step 3Add meat to soup mixture. Grate 1/2 pound mild cheddar cheese. Break up package corn tortillas. Place 1/2 tortillas in baking dish, then 1/2 of meat mixture, and 1/2 of grated cheese. Repeat. Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
