Very good mexican casserole.

  • 1 1/2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1
    small can enchilada sauce (red)
  • 1
    lg. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1
    lg. can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • ·
    white corn tortilla chips
  • ·
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1
    chopped onion

How to Make Enchilada Casserole


  1. Brown Ground Beef. Stir in onions. When browned, remove from heat, drain off liquid and set aside. In med. saucepan, mix together both cans of soup, add worcestershire and enchilada sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Remove from heat. In Lg. Casserole dish, spread layer of Tortilla Chips in bottom. Then spread in a layer of Ground Beef. On top of that put a layer of the soup mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Repeat Layers one more time and bake at 350 until Hot and Bubbly. About 15 minutes.
