enchilada casserole
I am too lazy to stand and roll out 30 enchiladas for my family, so I came up with this easy casserole dish, they do not know the difference.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds hamburger meat
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili powder or to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or to taste
- 15 - corn tortillas or more
- 1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can chili no beans
- 1 teaspoon cumin or to taste
How To Make enchilada casserole

Step 1Brown meat and onion in skillet, Add chili, spices and cook until meat is done. Set aside.

Step 2Spray a 13 x 9 inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Place your first layer of tortillas in dish, spread meat mixture and add cheese, place another layer of tortillas, meat and cheese. Pour remainder of meat on top add cheese and place in oven at 375* about 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
