Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 - onion, finely chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can tomatoes and chiles
- 12 - corn tortillas
- 12 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
How To Make enchilada casserole

Step 1Brown ground beef and onion; drain off grease.

Step 2Set aside.

Step 3Mix mushroom soup and tomatoes in blender.

Step 4Add to ground beef.

Step 5In a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish, layer 5 to 6 tortillas, torn into bite size pieces, half the ground beef mixture and 1/2 the grated cheese.

Step 6Repeat layers; ending with cheese.

Step 7Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
