This is my fav. dish that my grandma makes , she makes it for me on my birthday . I now make it for my family . Big family fav.

diced yellow onion

med. diced fresh tomato
1 can(s)
16oz-enchilada sauce (red)

small flour tortilas
1 lb
ground beef
1 can(s)
cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 pkg
chredded cheese ( chedder)
1 can(s)
green chilis ( small )

How to Make Enchilada cassarole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine in med. pot onion ,tomato, green chili's, enchilada sauce, and cream of mushroom or chicken. heat up to a light boil.turn off set aside.
  • 2brown beef and drain off fat .
    add a small amount of sauce to bottom of baking dish.( small to med dish).
  • 3Start to layer all in baking dish ,with what sauce that is left over pour over the top and then top with what cheese was not used . bake at 350 for 35 to 45 min.
