This is my fav. dish that my grandma makes , she makes it for me on my birthday . I now make it for my family . Big family fav.

    diced yellow onion
  • 1
    med. diced fresh tomato
  • 1 can(s)
    16oz-enchilada sauce (red)
  • 10
    small flour tortilas
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg
    chredded cheese ( chedder)
  • 1 can(s)
    green chilis ( small )

How to Make Enchilada cassarole


  1. Combine in med. pot onion ,tomato, green chili's, enchilada sauce, and cream of mushroom or chicken. heat up to a light boil.turn off set aside.
  2. brown beef and drain off fat .
    add a small amount of sauce to bottom of baking dish.( small to med dish).
  3. Start to layer all in baking dish ,with what sauce that is left over pour over the top and then top with what cheese was not used . bake at 350 for 35 to 45 min.
