1 cdiced yellow onion
1med. diced fresh tomato
1 can(s)16oz-enchilada sauce (red)
10small flour tortilas
1 lbground beef
1 can(s)cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 pkgchredded cheese ( chedder)

How to Make Enchilada cassarole
- Combine in med. pot onion ,tomato, green chili's, enchilada sauce, and cream of mushroom or chicken. heat up to a light boil.turn off set aside.
- brown beef and drain off fat .
add a small amount of sauce to bottom of baking dish.( small to med dish).
- Start to layer all in baking dish ,with what sauce that is left over pour over the top and then top with what cheese was not used . bake at 350 for 35 to 45 min.
