one night i was hungry for enchaladas and didn't have all i needed so.........this was so much better

Ingredients

  • 6-8 - frozen cheese and beef or chicken chimichangas
  • 1 large can of enchilada sauce
  • 1 package shedded chedar cheese

How To Make enchi-chimichanga-ladas

  • Step 1
    Peheat oven 350 degrees. thaw out chimichangas ( i usally do in the microwave)
  • Step 2
    Pour a small amount of sauce in bottom of a 9x13 baking dish
  • Step 3
    place chimis in dish cover with remaining sauce then cover with cheese
  • Step 4
    Bake for 20 min. and till cheese is melted
