easy, yummy tostadas
This is a great easy weeknight meal. Tostadas are open faced mexican crunchy tortillas with any type of filling you want to make for them. I made a vegetarian version here that took about 15 minutes to prepare! Everyone will get involved in making their own at your "Tostada Bar". Have fun.

Step 4Finally, two more little bowls for the salsa and sour cream.
