Ingredients
- 5 - slices of bacon, diced.
- 1/2 cup chopped onion.
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper.
- 1 - clove garlic, minced.
- 1 cup regular long grain rice, uncooked
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup
- 1 - soup can of water
- 1 cup salsa, mild or to your liking
How To Make easy pleasy spanish rice

Step 1In a 10" skillet, over medium heat, cook bacon till lightly browned.

Step 2Stir in onion, green pepper and garlic.

Step 3Cook until tender, stirring occasionally.

Step 4Stir in rice; cook until rice is slightly browned, stirring often.

Step 5Stir in soup, water, salsa; mix well.

Step 6Over high heat, heat to boiling.

Step 7Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Until rice is tender.
