This is one of those quick & easy,You don't have alot of time dinners.It is also a perfect cook once,eat twice meal,because it uses fajita meat.And its so easy to make extra filling when you are making fajitas...:)
- 2-3 c
- meat,onion & peppers,that have been seasoned w/ fajita seasoning mix
- 1 can(s)
- refried beans
- 2 c
- shredded cheese(i use mexican blend)
- tostada shells( i sometimes use the soft taco shells)
How to Make Fajita Pizza
- 1Spread beans on tostada shells.
Layer meat on top of beans.
Sprinkle w/ cheese.
Bake @ 400 for 8-10 minutes.
