Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 package tortilla shells
  • 2 packages mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix

How To Make easy enchiladas

  • Step 1
    Preheat over to 350
  • Step 2
    Brown ground beef and drain
  • Step 3
    Add drained beef, refried beans, taco seasoning, and water back to pan. Turn heat to medium.
  • Step 4
    Slowly stir everything together and turn to low and let simmer.
  • Step 5
    In baking dish place one tortilla shell at a time and put 1-2 spoonfulls of meat sauce and spread. Spinkle with cheese. Repeat for all.
  • Step 6
    After enchiladas are wrapped in baking dish pour enchilada sauce over top and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
  • Step 7
    Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until edges of tortilla shells are brown.
