This is an easy recipe. I have experienced it with chicken, hamburger, shredded beef, pork. This recipe is so fast that it can take 30mins.

1 lgcream of mushroom soup

1 jargreen chili

1 canolives

1 pkgcorn tortillas

1 lbchicken or any type of meat your prefer

2 pkgmexican cheese
How To Make easy enchilada casserole

1preheat oven to 350 Mix all the ingredients together in large bowl. Add more or less depending on your family preferences.

2Grease baking dish, and place corn tortillas on bottom of dish. spread mix and then cheese, and repeat this layer until all mixture is gone. Spread cheese on top of casserole. Place in oven til bubbling and cheese is brown.

330 mins in oven. Cool down before serving. Can make smaller casserole using small cans of cream chicken and mushrooms or feed alot...
