  • 1 cup evap. milk
  • 2 SMALL cans chopped green chilis
  • 1 BAG - cheese, shredded
  • 3 medium chicken breasts
  • 1 PK - taco seasoning

How To Make easy chicken cheese enchiladas

  • Step 1
    BOIL CHICKEN..SHRED..ADD TACO SEASON
  • Step 2
    MIX VELVEETA-MILK-CHILI'S (MELT)
  • Step 3
    FILL TORTILLA WITH SOME CHICKEN MIXTURE..COVER WITH 2 SPOONS OF CHEESE MIXTURE----ROLL IT UP--PLACE IN 9X13 DISH
  • Step 4
    POUR ANY REMAINING CHEESE MIXTURE OVER ALL..SHREDDED CHEESE OVER ALL
  • Step 5
    COVER WITH FOIL..BAKE UNTIL WARM AND CHEESE IS MELTED....NOTE: TRY TO NOT LET THE FOIL TOUCH THE CHEESE..IT WILL PULL IT OFF
