easy chicken and cheese enchiladas

I made this for dinner tonight and it was easy to make and very tasty. It is also quite filling. This is a Campbell's soup recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup pace picante sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded mexican cheese
  • 6 - 6 inch flour tortillas
  • 1 - small tomato, chopped
  • 1 - green onion, chopped

How To Make easy chicken and cheese enchiladas

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir soup. sour cream, picante sauce and chili powder in medium bowl.
  • Step 2
    Stir 1 cup of the soup mixture, chicken and cheese in large bowl.
  • Step 3
    Divide chicken mixture among tortillas. Roll up tortillas and place seam-side down in 11x7x2 baking dish. Pour remaining soup mixture over filled tortillas. Cover baking dish with foil.
  • Step 4
    Bake 40 minutes or until enchiladas are hot and bubbling. Top with tomato and onion.
