I made this for dinner tonight and it was easy to make and very tasty. It is also quite filling. This is a Campbell's soup recipe.

condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c
sour cream
1 c
pace picante sauce
1 tsp
chili powder
2 c
chopped cooked chicken
1/2 c
shredded mexican cheese
6 inch flour tortillas
small tomato, chopped
green onion, chopped

How to Make Easy Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas


  • 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir soup. sour cream, picante sauce and chili powder in medium bowl.
  • 2Stir 1 cup of the soup mixture, chicken and cheese in large bowl.
  • 3Divide chicken mixture among tortillas. Roll up tortillas and place seam-side down in 11x7x2 baking dish. Pour remaining soup mixture over filled tortillas. Cover baking dish with foil.
  • 4Bake 40 minutes or until enchiladas are hot and bubbling. Top with tomato and onion.
