easy cheesy enchiladas

This has been a favorite of my family since I was a child.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 2 packages enchilada seasoning or taco seasoning
  • 2 cans enchilada sauce
  • 2 packages soft corn tortillas
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 packages shredded cheddar cheese or shredded mexican cheese
  • - oil for frying tortillas

How To Make easy cheesy enchiladas

  • Step 1
    Brown hamburger and drain. Add seasoning packet...mix
  • Step 2
    Mix enchilada sauce, seasoning,mushroom soup, tomato soup, and one package of cheese.
  • Step 3
    Add half of the mixture to the hamburger.
  • Step 4
    In a skillet fry corn tortillas in oil. Frying them will make them softer and easier to roll
  • Step 5
    Put a spoonfull of the hamburger mixture into the shells and wrap. When wrapped put into a glass baking dish.
  • Step 6
    When all of the tortillas have been filled and placed in the dish, add the remaining mixture to the top of the enchiladas.
  • Step 7
    Sprinkle the remaining cheese packet on top of the enchiladas
  • Step 8
    Cook at 350 for about 45 minutes
