I first started making this recipe when I was on a diet because it is lower in calories. Now I make it often because my husband and I both love it. This is good served with chips, crackers or cornbread.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground chuck
  • 2 can(s)
    rotel tomatoes
  • 2 can(s)
    stewed tomatoes
  • 1 medium
    onion chopped
  • 2 can(s)
    jalapeno pinto beans
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pkg
    ranch style dressing mix

How to Make EASIEST TACO SOUP

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown ground chuck and onion together. Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a 2 guart sauce pan, then add browned ground chuck and onion mixture. Simmer on mediun to low heat for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
