How to Make Dorito Casserole

  1. Brown hamburger and drain. Stir in taco seasoning. Stir in refried beans. Spray casserole dish with nonstick spray. Put enough Doritos to cover bottom of dish. Layer on 1/2 of bean/hamburger mixture and sprinkle with 1/3 of shredded cheese. Add another layer of Doritos and rest of meat/bean mixture. Cover with rest of Doritos and then cover with rest of shredded cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake @ 425' for 15 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and bake for another 5 minutes. Cheese should be melted and top layer of Doritos may be browning slightly. Baking times may vary. Best when served hot and does not reheat well as chips will become soggy. Serve with favorite condiments; salsa, sour cream, etc....
