DIY CHILI OR TACO SEASONING (SALLYE)
Can be used for seasoning chili, taco meat, meatloaf, beans or any other dish that needs a little zip. Use 2-4 tablespoons for each pound of meat
1 clight chili powder
1 cdark chili powder
1 cground cumin
2-4 Tbspcayenne pepper (depending on how hot you want it)
2-4 Tbspground oregano
1-2 Tbspgarlic powder
1-2 Tbsponion powder
How to Make DIY CHILI OR TACO SEASONING (SALLYE)
- Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix well
Spoon into airtight jar and store in pantry with other spices.
Will keep indefinitely if kept covered and not subjected to excess heat.
- Use 2 to 4 tablespoons per pound of meat, depending on how spicy you like your dishes.
