You can mix this up for yourself and always have it on hand at a fraction of the cost of commercial chili powder. Can be used for seasoning chili, taco meat, meatloaf, beans or any other dish that needs a little zip. Use 2-4 tablespoons for each pound of meat

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light chili powder
- 1/2 cup dark chili powder
- 1/2 cup ground cumin
- 2-4 tablespoons paprika
- 1-3 tablespoon cayenne pepper (depending on how hot you want it)
- 1-3 tablespoon ground oregano
- 1-2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1-2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1-2 teaspoon dried coriander (optional)

Step 1Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix well Spoon into airtight jar and store in pantry with other spices. Will keep indefinitely if kept covered and not subjected to excess heat.

Step 2Use 2 to 4 tablespoons per pound of meat, depending on how spicy you like your dishes.
