Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 cups bisquick
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 medium tomatoes sliced thin
- 1/3 cup mayonaise
- 1 small green pepper chopped
- 1 cup 4 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make deep dish tacos

Step 1Preheat oven to 375*. Brown ground beef with 1 tbsp onion and taco seasoning. Set aside Grease 8x8 baking pan (I use glass) Mix sour cream, mayo, cheese and onion. Mix bisquick and water until soft dough forms. Pat into pan, pressing dough 1/2" up sides of pan. Add beef, then tomatoes then green peppers. Spoon sour cream mixture over top. Bake for about 30 min until the edges of the dough are light brown.
