I used to make this all the time for tupperware parties and family gatherins with rave reviews. It is easy to fix ahead of time and great on a hot summers day. Just add fun.

Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 jar favorite salsa
- 1 - 16 oz. sour cream
- 1/4 cup taco sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 - chopped onion
- 1/2 - chopped green pepper
- 1-2 - chopped. seeded fresh tomato
- 1 - head lettuce, chopped
- 1 package tortillo chips, large bag
How To Make cold taco salad

Step 1mix first 8 ingredients in a very large bowl, cover and refrigerate until time to serve

Step 2clean and chop lettuce , cover and refrigerate until time to serve

Step 3as people put the taco blend on plates, they can top with lettuce and stir in dip chip into and eat.

Step 4I don't mix lettuce in main dish, as it will wilt and get soggy, this way leftovers are better.
