Great slow cooker recipe! Only 3 ingredients and I reuse the leftover in so many ways.

Ingredients

  • 7 pounds pork butt roast
  • 2 jars jars old world salsa verde
  • 1 1/2 boxes swanson beef broth

How To Make chili verde

  • Step 1
    Put ingredients into crockpot. Broth and salsa should cover pork roast.
  • Step 2
    Cook on low for 8 hours
  • Step 3
    Shred pork and add to refried beans and shredded cheddar cheese for burritos or serve with beans and mexican rice and warm corn tortillas
