How to Make Chili Rice Casserole
- Mix cooked rice with sour cream and salt. Spread 1/2 of the mixture in a 1.5 qt casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with jack cheese and chilies. Top with remaining rice mixture. Dot with butter and sprinkle with parmesean cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Optional: You can add cooked chicken in the middle layer if you are making a main course.
