Ingredients
- 4 - slices of white bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese
- 8 ounces minced green chilies
- 6 - eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make chili rellanos casserole

Step 1Trim crusts off bread and spread one side with butter. Arrange butter side down on a 8X12 pan. Sprinkle 2 cups cheese evenly on bread, add chilies. In bowl beat eggs,mik and spices. Beat well and pour over cheese. Add remaining cheese on top. Let stand for 4 hours to overnight. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes. Let stand 1 minutes to cool
