How to Make Chile Rellenos Casserole
- 1Set oven to 350 degrees.
- 2Spray 9x12 casserole with non-stick spray.
- 3Seed chiles.
- 4Stuff each chile with a strip of pepper jack cheese and arrange in the bottom of casserole dish.
- 5Cover with shredded cheese.
- 6Beat flour, eggs, milk, salt, and garlic together and pour over cheese and chiles.
- 7Bake 50-60 minutes or until custard is set.
