How to Make Chile Rellenos Casserole
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray 9x12 casserole with non-stick spray.
- Seed chiles.
- Stuff each chile with a strip of pepper jack cheese and arrange in the bottom of casserole dish.
- Cover with shredded cheese.
- Beat flour, eggs, milk, salt, and garlic together and pour over cheese and chiles.
- Bake 50-60 minutes or until custard is set.
