Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups roasted green chiles (anaheim)
- 5 - tomatillos
- 2 teaspoons minced onion
- 1 teaspoon dried mexican oregano
- 1 - garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 teaspoons corn starch disolved in 2 tbs water
How To Make chile macho (green chile sauce)

Step 1Boil tomatillos until squishy. Puree in blender.

Step 2Combine all ingredients except the corn starch in a large saucepan.

Step 3Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add cornstarch and mix well.

Step 4Cook for another 5-10 minutes until well thickened. Serve as enchilada sauce.
