I love to make these and everyone loves them!!

Ingredients

  • one pkg. - frozen skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 teaspoon chile powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 - lemon, using zest and juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 1 8oz packages sour cream
  • 1 - tomato-diced
  • 1 - onion-diced
  • 8 ounces cheese, i like monterrey jack or colby
  • 1 package flour tortillas

How To Make chicken quesodillas

  • Step 1
    Thaw the chicken breasts and add spices and lemon zest and juice. Grill chicken till done. It should be 180 degrees or till juices are clear. Let chicken rest 5 minutes, covered. Grill tortillas just a few minutes till just warm. Slice chicken thinly.
  • Step 2
    Serve with remaining ingredients. Make a complete meal with quacamole, spanish rice, beans and tortilla chips
