Ingredients
- one pkg. - frozen skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 teaspoon chile powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 - lemon, using zest and juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 8oz packages sour cream
- 1 - tomato-diced
- 1 - onion-diced
- 8 ounces cheese, i like monterrey jack or colby
- 1 package flour tortillas
How To Make chicken quesodillas

Step 1Thaw the chicken breasts and add spices and lemon zest and juice. Grill chicken till done. It should be 180 degrees or till juices are clear. Let chicken rest 5 minutes, covered. Grill tortillas just a few minutes till just warm. Slice chicken thinly.

Step 2Serve with remaining ingredients. Make a complete meal with quacamole, spanish rice, beans and tortilla chips
