Ingredients
- 1 large chicken
- 2 sprigs bay leaves
- 1 can 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1 bottle dona maria mole
How To Make chicken mole'

Step 1Boil whole chicken until cooked. Remove chicken from broth, let cool. When cool, shread meat from bone. Meanwhile, add about 3 cups water to mole' from jar. Stir till smooth making sure there are NO lumps. Add shreaded chicken and add enough broth to make mixture creamy. Add bay leaves and tomato sauce to mixture and mix throughly.
