Ingredients
- 3 cans chicken breast - 12 oz each
- 2 cups chedder cheese, grated
- 5 cloves minced garlic
- 8 - flour tortillas
- - canola oil
- - guacamole
- - sour cream
- - salsa, chunky
How To Make chicken flautas

Step 1Heat 3/4 inch oil to 350 while assembling the flautas.

Step 2In large bowl shred un-drained chicken with a fork. Add garlic, you can use more if you like lots of garlic. OK to use garlic powder if you don't have fresh garlic. Add grated cheese mix well.

Step 3Spoon chicken mixture onto tortilla and roll and use a tooth pick to close. Place in hot oil and fry till golden brown on all sides. Remove tooth pick before serving. Serve with guacamole, sour cream and salsa.
