Ingredients

  • 3 cans chicken breast - 12 oz each
  • 2 cups chedder cheese, grated
  • 5 cloves minced garlic
  • 8 - flour tortillas
  • - canola oil
  • - guacamole
  • - sour cream
  • - salsa, chunky

How To Make chicken flautas

  • Step 1
    Heat 3/4 inch oil to 350 while assembling the flautas.
  • Step 2
    In large bowl shred un-drained chicken with a fork. Add garlic, you can use more if you like lots of garlic. OK to use garlic powder if you don't have fresh garlic. Add grated cheese mix well.
  • Step 3
    Spoon chicken mixture onto tortilla and roll and use a tooth pick to close. Place in hot oil and fry till golden brown on all sides. Remove tooth pick before serving. Serve with guacamole, sour cream and salsa.
