I know it's a good recipe when I can get my picky 2-year-old to eat it and ask for more!

Ingredients

1 pkg
10 soft taco size flour tortillas
16 oz
sour cream
1 large can(s)
chunk white chicken
1 can(s)
refried beans
1 (8 oz) pkg
shredded mexican taco cheese
dash(es)
taco seasoning (to taste)
1 can(s)
enchilada sauce

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease baking dish(s).
2In a large bowl, mix together chicken, refried beans, taco seasoning, and sour cream. Fill each tortilla with as much of the filling as you want, sprinkle a little bit of cheese on top, roll tortillas up and place them side by side in baking dish. Repeat, to make as many as you want.
3Pour enchilada sauce over top of enchiladas and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!!
