Ingredients
- 1 package 10 soft taco size flour tortillas
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 large can chunk white chicken
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 (8 oz) package shredded mexican taco cheese
- dash taco seasoning (to taste)
- 1 can enchilada sauce
How To Make chicken enchiladas

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease baking dish(s).

Step 2In a large bowl, mix together chicken, refried beans, taco seasoning, and sour cream. Fill each tortilla with as much of the filling as you want, sprinkle a little bit of cheese on top, roll tortillas up and place them side by side in baking dish. Repeat, to make as many as you want.

Step 3Pour enchilada sauce over top of enchiladas and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!!
