    chicken breast filets
  • 1 large
    onion
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato and green chilies
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 15 oz
    corn tortillas
  • 12 oz
    cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 can(s)
    milk
  • ·
    garlic powder
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make Chicken Enchilada

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop onion, in a large pan add your frozen chicken, onion and garlic powder. Bring to boil when the chicken floats its done.Drain chicken and save onion. Set aside on plate to cool. Chop chicken.
  2. In the pan you cooked chickin in (less Dishies) Mix soups, tomatoe and green chilies and milk together. Add chicken.
  3. Cut or tear corn tortillas in fourths and soft fry.

    That means in and out of grease.

    Hint: you can skip the grease and just and them in cut up to mixture just cook 15 min longer.
  4. Add Tortillas to mixture, mix together and top with cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins.
