Ingredients
- 2 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- - salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 10 - 8 inch flour tortillas
- 8 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese
- 6 - green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- - sour cream, salsa and lettuce for toppings.
How To Make chicken chimies

Step 1Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Heat butter in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and sauté about 3 or 4 minutes.

Step 2Spoon chicken evenly onto tortillas. Top with cheese and green onions. Fold up sides and roll up, burrito style. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add rolled up tortillas and sauté until golden. Serve with your choice of toppings.
